Hi everyone,

I have put together a simple handout in Spanish using ideas from the many things you all sent me. It is designed to give to the mothers either just
prior to giving birth - so they can read it while they are dilating - or once they are in the maternity ward. It is very simple and easy for them to read.
If anyone is interested in it, let me know and I will be happy to email it.
