Where is the evidence that breastfeeding through pregnancy *is* depleting
mom's body stores?
How much of mom's body stores does a 22mo actually take by breastfeeding? If
mom eats a balanced choice of foods, adding a little extra with each meal or
as in-betweens,she should be fine. There are tables around what a pregnant mom
needs and what a lactating mom needs as extra nutrients.
Both pregnancy and breastfeeding are normal bodily functions and a bit of
common sense about that would suit al lot of drs, IMHO
