Hello all.
For those of you who recommend insurance pumping for moms who use a shield,
do you recommend they use a certain quality of pump?
Example: we recommend that moms pump with a hospital-grade pump if pumping
in the first 3-6 weeks with a shield. After that, they can use a quality
handpump or professional-grade pump.
Are the mini-electric pumps good enough? We never recommend from the low-
quality pump manufacturers; but,I am wondering if the mini-electric/single
or double ease pumps are good enough for insurance pumping. And, if so, is
this after the mature milk is in, or from the get go?
Any advice you have is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
