I was wondering something similar, but I wondered if someone in hospital mentioned that methergine may negatively affect her production. It can have an effect, and I wondered if this baby's larger size compared to her previous babies may have caused her some doubt. But this baby's BF outcomes re: diapers, signs of satiety and weight gain indicate that neither blood loss, methergine, baby's size, etc. are not. Would some pre- and post-feeding weights reassure?
