Which country's organization do you want? In the USA the major orgs are the National Organization of Mothers of Twins Clubs, the Triplet Connection, and Mothers of SuperTwins (MOST). A quick Google search should lead to all.

BTW, some of the info available both from national and local groups can be supportive, but according to many mothers BF twins or more, many of the MOM groups are not particularly supportive of BF, many "push" parent-directed-type feeding, crying it out, etc. -- at least in the USA and several online groups. There is an online yahoo group of mothers/fathers of twins and triplets, most of whom are breastfeeding or have BF. A few of whom human-milk-fed without or with ABM, generally due to baby and/or mother complications. All are working to incorporate an attachment parenting model in their childrearing.

Hope this is helpful. Let me know if you need non-USA info.
