Hi everyone,
I would like to know ,for those of you who recommend that women take
acidophilus as part of the regime for the yeast battle - I find it terrible
in my part of the country this past month or so for yeast infections -
What is the recommended strength ? The resources I have access to cite 2-3
capsules 3 times per day. What is the number of viable units that is
involved? The lady I talked with today told me she has two different
strengths . One had 5 billion viable units and another had 10 billion. I
know I have read that some advise giving the baby acidophilus by opening 1
capsule daily and have baby suck the powder from mom's finger. If this is
done what strength acidophilus is used? Thanks for any help. I am having
difficulty keeping up with my reading so please post privately.
