Lansinoh is the purest modified anhydrous lanolin, Purelan comes next,
and the cheap stuff  usually does not have the wool alcohols or
pesticide residues removed at all.

I would not want to be eating alcohols and pesticides, forget feeding
them to a vulnerable baby.
