If this mom does indeed have yeast, and has had it for a while now, even
two weeks of diflucan will not be enough.  She should be treated for at
least three weeks.

Has baby been treated too?  Are there other sympyoms besides deep breast
pain?

What is the possibility that this mother is suffering from vasospasm?

Just a thought!
