No, the intestinal flora do not enter breast milk. The breast milk
contains substances that promote the growth of specific bacteria in the
infant's intestines that out-compete nasty germs. Adults (including
breastfeeding mothers) have e.coli as the primary intestinal bacteria.
Exclusively breastfed infants have primarly lactobacillis species. Even
one bottle of formula is enough to change the gut bacteria for up to 2
weeks...
