Interesting discussion.....during a follow-up call with a new Mom (4 weeks
post partum)...she expressed frustration that "No one told her about the
problems that formula can provoke in a new babies tummy".  When
breastfeeding did not work they tried formula after formula until they
finally found the most expensive one that the baby tolerated.  I asked her
if she would have been offended by receiving such information at the risk of
feeling guilty that she may or may not have chosen to breastfeed?  She said
no.  Unfortunately she didn't go to a breastfeeding class pre-nataly where
she would have received some knowledge regarding this
