I am not sure if the physician's here are allowing metformin use while
breastfeeding, yet, but the 2004 Hale has now listed it as L1.  So, be
sure to have a copy ready if you run into any resistance.

I have visited a few practices and let the nurses know the new one is now
available and one pharmacy, so far.  But I think I will write a letter to
some of the doctors to make sure they are aware of the newest edition and
that there are 80 new drugs listed and updates.
