I was recently sent an email by Jennifer Peddleson, a Cdn Parmacist, and
former co-chair of the Breastfeeding Committee for Canada.  She wanted to
inform people of a new book, "The Nursing Mother's Herbal" by Sheila
Humphrey, BSc (Botany) RN IBCLC.

Jennifer said "I have heard tapes of her talks at LLL International
Conferences, and she is a wealth of information.  I have ordered the book
and have found several sections very helpful in answering questions on herbs
for mothers."

The Nursing Mother's Herbal was written for mothers
to provide education and guidance on the use of herbs when breastfeeding.

It is now available from Fairview Press. This is a non-profit publisher,
being a division of Fairview Health, an HMO. The book's list price is $16.95
