absolutely. It wouldn't be safe _at all_ to take those doses of
preformed A - retinyl palmitate or retinyl acetate. I haven't looked at
his specific info, but does he say that beta carotene is dangerous as
well?
there are plenty of reasons why it may not be a good idea to take that
much A (even in the form of beta carotene) but afaik, it's not b/c of
toxicity like it is with preformed A.
