Susan, I am not clear how far postpartum this mother is but she certainly
sounds like she has more than her share of problems.
Jean may have more to add to your questions but I would suggest that this

There she can post a question regarding what is going on and get another
opinion.
It kind of sounds like chronic subareolar abscess but I am not sure from your
description, especially regarding the prolactin levels, what is all going on.
