An alternative possibility - _Satureja montana_ or _Satureja
hortensis_. I would be particularly concerned if this woman is planning
to ingest the essential oil of one of these herbs. To begin to give any
sort of advice on herbals, and the data is sparse at best, one really
needs to know formulation and route of administration as well as dose
and correct botanical name. For example, putting the oil into an
aromatherapy burner is a completely different proposition to drinking
it, eating the herb, drinking a tea, or applying it topically.
