for the record, the person who charged $400 to tell
the mom of the wiggly baby to "give up" breastfeeding
was an OT- occupational therapist, not an LC.
(sadly, a good friend who is an OT wonders why I don't
consult one. It's stories like that...)
I'd work on getting the baby feeding more slowly and
in a more upright position. The "baby bundler" or
didymos type carriers work well for some reflux
babies- keeps the upright and bundled closely.
