I advocate for the mom and the baby, that's my job. My website is one that lists a lot of info about Domeridone and lots of ways to get it. I don't feel this is unethical on my part as long as the information I provide is accurate and up to date. I tell moms that I am not a doctor and that I cannot prescribe drugs but I can give her some information to read and talk to her doctor about.
