Texas is indeed fortunate to have these resources, and to have medical
professionals who are so forward thinking that they support and make use of them. I
have always admired the Texas Department of Health and the WIC Breastfeeding
Promotion materials. That shows a strong commitment to quality health care. As
a life long resident of Illinois, and now resident of Michigan, it is
disappointing to me that an area in the Midwest cannot support such an endeavor. Just
