Wow.   I've worked at most hospitals in Atlanta (doing labor support)
and the most widespread thing I see is that moms want to start pumping
asap and frequently.   I've never ever heard any nurse recommend no
pumping for a month.  Admittedly, I've only met a very small percentages
though of all of the pp nurses in this huge metro area.
