if you feel comfortable talking about herbs with this client, I've found
that the motherlove tinctures are readily availble in most parts of the
country and most  importantly, they are very effective for the moms I
know who've used them.

specifically two of them:  More Milk Plus  and Goat's Rue  .......
taken per bottle directions for two days often does the trick.
