There are numerous stories about women being arrested/persecuted in "Milk,
Money and Madness: The Culture and Poltics of Breastfeeding," but none of them
are timely. Your best bet would be to contact Rep. Carolyn Maloney's office,

Subject: Need info/help NOW
Hi all,
We are trying to pass breastfeeding laws here in Oklahoma and I was
contacted today by the Media Department for the House of Representatives.
They wanted lots of information, but one of the questions they asked I had
no answer for. So I need your help. Question - Has a breastfeeding mother
ever been arrested and/or prosecuted for breastfeeding a baby in public?
Any help would be welcomed.
