Anna, I am not at all surprised. I do not know at all what comments were
made but they could be construed as harrassment, and I would not let it
slide. You have a right to be treated professionally and your work is
important and should be highly valued. I would say something to them and
also go to my boss and say I will not stand for this. Several times in my
career I have called others on the carpet. I put it in writing, I tell the
boss I want this on file. I don't know what they say behind my back, but I
get respect in public.

I tend to agree with Laurie. It's not OK to engage in this kind of
harrassment. Imagine me harrassing doctors about circumcision and resultant
levels of sexual satisfaction. How long would that be tolerated? It is
important to stand up for the rights of all women to use their breasts to
feed their babies.
