Here's a good one.  I had a patient yesterday who was having trouble nursing and needed to supplement.  She didn't want to give the "improved" formula on hand but wanted to give Good Start like she did with her last baby.  I had not needed to use any of that brand for a long time and found that we no longer had any ready-to-feed, just the promotional back packs with their new "Supreme" formula.  I went down to the Peds unit to see if they had any of the original formula left over.  One of the nurses took me to their store room and after we searched unsuccessfully she said, "No, we just have the Diarrhea (DHA, ARA) formula. Sorry."  I love it!!!  The mom said she'd keep trying to nurse instead.
