Yes, Teresa, and others who posted, this is a problem that isn't going to go away, sadly.  It is going to need persistence and "keeping on keeping on", facing each new challenge.  What a great opportunity Lactnet offers to vent and/or share about this and other issues.
    I'm about to go 'no mail' till after the holidays.  It has been a pleasure to visit Lactnet.
