Interesting data point: a friend of mine with implants has had a fair
amount of trouble with breastfeeding simply b/c her breast tissue is so
taut, so inelastic. She has a fantastic supply and the baby is gaining
well, but pain levels associated with nursing are just recently
becoming managable (5 wks pp). It can take many attempts for him to
latch properly and continued attempts for him to stay on the breast
through a feed.

Friends have nursed him easily with no problems latching or staying on,
and no pain.
