My niece had assymetrical breasts, one A and one C, with noticeable changes
in both in pregnancy. Once she began nursing it became a decided problem.
She solved it by always starting on the smaller breast to make it make more
milk, and the larger breast with less stim, made less. Worked for her,
however I think what you are describing is different than her situation.
For now I'd just monitor baby's status, thriving, gaining etc? She may want
to wait to "fix" her assymetry until after she has had however many babies
she wants, a goal to look forward to. I have another niece who needs breast
reduction badly, but she says she plans to wait until after she has nursed
her babies! Pat in SNJ
