Naomi, and Lactnetters,
    There are some very helpful ideas on the ILCA website that address your questions.  A template for a letter is also provided.  That would be a good place to look, at www.ilca.org 
    This campaign is so important, not only for the US, but for other countries where the companies will apply the same tactics.
