I have read Fresh Milk (well, most of it so far) and I find it mostly a
delightful set of anecdotes about how we westerners think about the
breast, breastfeeding and breast milk. Some of the chapters clearly
push the envelope in terms of propriety, but I am enjoying it. A pretty
quick, light read, chapters stand independent of one another, so you
can pick it up between other reading.
