The nasal spray is live vaccine and can spread flu to immune compromised
people.  That is why it is not rec for use in health care workers.  I think
the same would apply for new moms and LCs.  However, the killed vaccine is
safe for new moms, like any vaccine. (If you believe in vaccines - Let's NOT
