i just received a call from a mom that is taking Nadroparina Calcica 04mg S.C, and breastfeeding a 10 day old baby. I could not find it in thomas hale's book , ninth edition. I heard that Nadroparina Calcica is a smaller molecule, given by S.C. I still think that it will not transfer into breastmilk, and if it does it would be rapidly destroyed in the gastric contents of the infant. Am i right? I need documentation, so i can refer it to my clients (mom and dad are Medical Doctors),
thank you very much,
ciao,
