I'm no expert, being based in the UK, but when I lived in Berkely a couple
of years ago there were often pumps for sale or being posted as a 'want' on
the e-mail listing of the UCB parents web-site.
Its now called Berkeley Parents Network at http://parents.berkeley.edu, if
you click on marketplace or childcare you should get what you want, and can
subscribe to their listings service to which you can also post 'wants' as
well as keep a look out for second hand pumps, of which there were certainly
a number for sale when I was living there. I found it an invaluable
resource! Also replied off-list.
