Our family uses Oscillococcinum, a Boiron (French co.) homeopathic sold in
health food stores.  It comes packed 3 or 6 tubes of small pellets,
($7.99/$12.99 or on sale sometimes) and you empty one tube under your tongue
at first sign of flu and every six hours thereafter.  Our 29 year old
daughter antidoted herself last week and she aborted all the symptoms in a
day and a half.
