Yes, this has been discussed on Lactnet perhaps a year or so ago.
When it first came out, it looked like a good idea for those babies
that had to be fed by something other than breast.  We did have a
few moms who were having trouble getting a baby to take a regular
bottle who did have success with it.  However, many seemed to have
trouble getting it to work right.  So, as with every breastfeeding
"gadget", it works well for some, but not for others.
