If you legitimately own a Latina then it is perfectly fine to sell it on e bay or any where else. Have mom get her own kit, there is no problem with this at al.

Subject: [LACTNET] selling Lactinas on eBay
I have read Cindy's great info previously on used pumps on eBay. I have
hesitated to sell my two Lactinas on the site. (My sister and I each
bought one when we were pumping and I used them afterwards for my now
defunct rental station.) If I do include the pump ID number and background
info, am I okay with the "lactation community"? I don't want to do
anything that would be considered inappropriate.
Thanks,
Marita Nickison, RN, IBCLC
