I understand that, the night before last, the Queensland (State) Parliament passed legislation banning anyone from conducting nipple piercing or genital piercing on anyone under 18 years.  This was on the radio or televison news.  I haven't seen the newspapers, but perhaps others from Brisbane can expand on this.
