Valerie, my concern wasn't so much about where the
enzymes came from, but it was about the marketing of
yet another human milk product, implying that we dont'
need the real thing. According to my husband who has
his grubby mitts on the thing, there was an article in
the latest New Scientist discussing the sugars in
human milk, comparing them to the sugars of Xylitol, a
sweetener from Finland. Maybe Hanna knows more about
this? I found
