Dear Friends:
I have enjoyed all the different, wonderful, and passionate responses to
confusion between breast nurturing and pacifying!
I wonder if a tiny piece of the confusion comes from our English word for
what mothers do, which is to breastFEED. Reinforces only the feeding aspect
of the breast nurturing.
