Didn't Marsha post something about sending by email, phone, fax rather
than snail mail because there are still mail problems in DC. (I assume
that is anthrax/security related) Perhaps using more than one method
would be a good idea. Once you've written the letter, it's easy to
print it out to mail and to send by email.

campaign free of industry manipulation, please send a letter via postal
mail instead
of email. Friends have told me that hard copy letters are taken more
seriously.
