Patient psot-discharge satisfaction surveys have saved more than one LC program. Has everyone seen the survey currently being sent to women post-discharge from the postpartum unit or post-discharge for infants from NICU? Does it include questions specifically related to LC services? If yes, are they valid questions -- do they "fit" for what LCs are doing? If no, what process needs to be implemented to get a question or two included?
