I've met many wonderful CEOs and bean counters who are also frustrated
because they have to keep large organizations running with tentative 3rd party
payments to back them up. They often know the future of entire healthcare
organizations are in jeopardy and they're also aware -- no money, no mission. We don't
like it. Many of them truly don't like it either.
