I'm with Laurie Wheeler (surprise surprise) in that the letter you got was the
best possible response, and the only correct one, from the 'management'.  They
have prostrated themselves and asked you to walk across their backs to come
swimming again.  Doing anything but thanking them for the professional way in
which they responded, and then GOING SWIMMING, would be unnecessary and likely
harmful.
