Macrobid, acc to Hale's bok, p. 526, most recent edition, states that
Macrobid is approved for use by bf moms by AAP.

There is only concern if the baby is under one month and has
hyperbilirubinemia. However,  then, the risk must be measured against
the benefit. I believe it is a huge risk to stop breastfeeding.
