I just asked to close the same question about a week ago. I found some
stuff in the archives but you have to go back between 1995 and 1999 to find
it.
From what I have gathered the main problem was oversupply and it's what
seems to be happening with my client. So, I would check that first.
The other cause was waiting too long between feeds therefore causing
overfullness and a stronger let-down.
