I myself have seen over and over the number of mothers with high
productions using shells in the early weeks. I'm wondering if anyone
has observed this phenomenon in a mom 7 to 8 months out who is back to
work, BF 2-3 times /24hours and pumping 2 to 3 times a day and her
supply is not keeping up to baby's demand (with adjustments made to over
feeding and wasting)? I wonder if too much involution has occurred
would it help increase the volume?
