In extensive reading, I have ciome to undersatnd that one of the reasons that Americans are so often overweight is that we eat so much more than we would if the food we ate were of better quality. If you are overfed, you are often also under-nourished, since your body is trying desperately to get the nutrients it needs from foods that can't provide them, and often even deplete the body of them. I would love to see the evidence that this is the case with AF, which I belive it is.
