Well now, I think this is an important point!
Lawsuits have changed the way tobacco (among other) companies do business.
All it takes is a few high-profile parents suing a formula co. All those "secrets"
that we know about their marketing tactics (and those patents!) would go public.
It would crack this thing wide open!
Let's find some disgruntled mothers and a few good lawyers....
