I don't have it here at home, but Jack Newman used to have a
hand-out that listed a compunding pharmacy in Oregon, I believe.
I called them 2 years ago, and they explained to me that there is an
old law on the books in the US that says a pharmacist can legally
compound/prescribe anything ordered by a doctor.  We have a
compounding pharmacy that makes it here, and recently lowered
the price to where it is very competitive with New Zealand.  I
assume they could share the recipe.

It is also my understanding that it is legal for someone to order
such a drug from out of the country for PERSONAL use...that is,
for the mom to order it for herself.  It is not legal for one of us to
order it for other women to use.

I probably prescribe Domperidone at least 4-5 times/week.
