Hale and Hartmann's research indicates that 120 mg of sudafed daily
(pseudoephedrine) can reduce milk supply approximately 21%. (See brief
mention of this affect on pg 18, Clinical Therapy in Breastfeeding Patients,
by Hale and P. Berens.)
The worse cases of over-supply that I have personally worked with responded
only to administration of estrogen (in oral contraceptive form) before
symptoms resolved.
