It is good to be backon lactnet, my modem went up on my computer lst summer,
then we had the hurricane, etc. etc. Anyway, I have been off the list for
many months so thought I would reintroduce myself. My name is Peg Merrill.
I am a retired LLLL and childbirth educator and an IBCLC in private
practice. I also work at a local hospital that has an outpatient lactation
center where we rent and sell pumps, do bra fittings, and consults. I am
wondering if the group has discussed the new PNS Advanced, and what
everyones thought are on it. I have tried it with two or three moms and am
getting mixed reviews. One mom definately got more milk with the original
and didn't let down as well at all with the new advanced.
Also, we are being pressured to switch our hospital pumps and give up the
Classic. I get the idea that Medela maybe phasing out the classic. Anyone
have similar ideas or feelings? Glad to be back on the list.
Peg Merrill, IBCLC
