HCP= health care professional
WIC= Women, Infants and Children; a supplementary nutrition program funded by
USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) and coordinated by each state,
so WIC has many different faces across the nation. USDA requires some
programs, but how they are implemented can vary greatly from one state to another.
GRAS= generally regarded as safe (for consumption)
FDA= Food and Drug Administration.

CLE= ???(I am drawing a blank this morning. If I saw it in context I may
remember...)
